Kate McKay

Kate has been a Registered Nurse since 2003 and has enjoyed working in a variety of fields including women’s health, oncology, general medical/surgical and later in her career being the clinical lead for a rapid response team in central London.

Kate has always had a keen interest in women’s health but in particular, reproductive medicine. Kate joined Fertility Associates in 2019 and was soon recognised to have strong leadership skills. She was promoted to Nursing Team Leader in 2021.

Kate has a strong passion for education and is always looking for opportunities to improve the skills of the team to ensure that they continue to deliver a high patient centered care. She is eager for the team to upskill and encourages Nurses to take and develop extended roles to improve the fertility services to our patients.

Outside of work Kate enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two children.
