Dr Lucy Prentice

Lucy is a caring, dedicated and evidence-based doctor. Lucy has an empathetic approach to patient care and a special interest in unexplained infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss.

Lucy is in her final year of subspecialising in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI), which requires a further three years of advanced training. She is also completing her final paper in the Masters of Reproductive Medicine.

Lucy holds a position as Senior Lecturer within the Department of Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Auckland. Within this role Lucy teaches both under-graduate and post-graduate medical students. Lucy is also a keen researcher and is involved in several ongoing fertility research projects, including the FIIX study. Lucy is currently completing her PhD, looking into different treatment options for couples with unexplained infertility.

In her spare time, Lucy loves getting outdoors with her whanau and friends.
