Nicholas Watkins

Nicholas joined the Fertility Associates board in December 2021. He has been an engaged investor in the fertility sector since 2012 when he participated in the establishment of what became The Fertility Partnership ('TFP'). He worked closely with the medical founders and executive management to build TFP into one of the then leading European fertility groups with leadership positions in the UK and Poland. 

Nicholas also brings international experience of scaling businesses and especially developing multi-site healthcare groups across multiple geographies. He currently acts as the non-executive chairman of Oracare, one of the leading dental groups in SE Asia, on behalf of White Cloud Capital, a growth equity investor which he co-founded in 2009. In addition, Nicholas is engaged as an investor in emerging healthcare technologies, ranging from Acurable, (a wearable sleep apnoea diagnostic and monitoring device), to Cytoswim, (next generation sperm conditioning tools). Nicholas started his career in investment banking with CSFB and then as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers.
